The music will be just the perfect choice for the evening at just the right volume. You’ll be surrounded by interesting people - some you may know and some you may not, but all engaging in lively conversation. There will be no rush as each course is served. You’ll chat with others about what you’re tasting as you eagerly await what is to come. You’ll admire the flowers and candles and think how elegant they are and add to the enjoyment of the meal. You’ll see the dessert course arrive and think how has it been 4 hours already!
